THE LEGAL PART

You are entering into this agreement with Plumberrybrands Limited ("we", "us") when you place an order on www.plumberry.com.ng. The seller is Plumberrybrands Limited except otherwise stated. When you shop with us (or Access our services, apps and websites) these terms apply.

These terms set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful information. If you need anything else not stated here you can reach us via email - Plumberrybrands@gmail.com - we love to hear from you.

We carry out spot checks on our website to ensure all products are compliant. If you notice something doesn't look right, please send an email to plumberrybrands@gmail.com.

ABOUT YOU

To shop with us or receive services you need to 

• Be at least 16 years old;
• Have a credit or debit card that we accept and;
• Be authorized to use that credit or debit card (e g - it is in your name or you have permission to use it).

PLACING AN ORDER 

When shopping on our website, you will use your card to pay us directly for the product.

When you place an order, you should receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card.

You may be able to cancel (not change) order within short period of placing an order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don't worry if there's an issue with your order, we will get in touch with you.

All products remain our property until full payment of the purchase price is received by us.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or block an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) if we notice something unusual in an order or an account.
