Shipping policy

Before you finalize your order, you will be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.

We will try to meet all delivery timelines but sometimes there may be delays e.g - because of carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as possible and you should be able to track your parcel's progress.

For international delivery, custom duties may apply depending on the country. The customer is required to pay any such duties that may arise.

Plumberrybrands Limited will not be held liable for any parcels that get lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
