Refund policy
If you want to return any item it has to be within 3 days of receiving it. Initiate a return by sending a mail to plumberrybrands@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 707 705 6590.
We will only refund items sent back to us in the original condition together with the original packaging and all Plumberry and brand tags.
All items are inspected on return. When trying on clothing please be careful with the item. Do not use unnecessary force and don't wear makeup, perfumes or deodorant as these can mark and leave scents on the item.
If an item is returned to us worn, used and/or damaged we may not be able to give you a refund. We reserve the right to take legal action against you if your return doesn't match what you ordered.
